Akrapovic GT3 Evolution System
The Akrapovic Evolution System for the GT3 is a full titanium exhaust system. It features titanium sports manifold system with integrated 100 cpsi catalyst, titanium end muffler, titanium end tubes, and titanium pre-mufflers with exhaust caps. This system maintains the same layout as the factory exhaust system as well as the valve control for sport mode. The newly developed exhaust manifolds and 100 cpsi cats garuntees an increase in power and torque. The pre-mufflers have been redeveloped and optimized as well. This system produces a great throaty sound that sounds good in and out of the car. Some of our guys have likened it to a V8.
The real plus of this system is the weight reduction over the stock exhaust system. This 33 pound weight reduction over the rear axles greatly improves the handling of the GT3 and improves the power to weight ratio as well with the 12 HP increase over stock at 5510 RPM. There is also a 10.32 ft-lb at 5740 RPM increase in torque over the stock exhaust system.
