Bill
Prinzivalli, 53, lives in
Ramsey, New Jersey. He is married and has
two children. Bills story is simple,
his car is used for pleasure driving. Wanting
a little more kick from his 1997 1.9L BMW Z3, Bodymotion began improving the vehicles
breathing ability, eliminating the restrictive factory air box and replacing
it with a K&N performance air induction system. The
kit was installed complete with heat deflecting shielding ($449.00 installed).
Bodymotion continued by replacing
the factory exhaust with a DTM tipped Supersprint cat back system ($649.00 installed). The Stage 1 package was finished off with
Performance OBD-2 computer programming. This
provided the 1.9L engine with the perfect balance of power, advancing timing-improving
fueling, raising rev limit and eliminating the top end governor ($395.00 installed).
These thoroughly researched and
developed performance components really compliment the four-cylinder engine and help this
Roadster live up to its name. Future
plans include 17 wheel & tire package, H&R lowering springs ($690.00
installed + alignment), Racing Dynamics sway bars ($575.00 installed). These upgrades will not only improve the vehicles
aesthetic appeal by lowering the car, approximately 1.2 1.5,
eliminating wheel gap, lowering center of gravity and vastly improving handling by
reducing bodyroll and improving response. Sounds
like pleasure driving to us!!!
